Club Mardi Gras Casino review

If you're thinking about playing Club Mardi Gras Casino... don't. Club Mardi Gras is by far the worst casino I've ever played at. This is what happens when you don't research the casino you want to play at before you deposit your money.

Don't be fooled by the bonus or the gameplay. The biggest problem is that you'll never get paid. The customer service was atrocious. Many times I called and was greeted by a customer "service" rep that was so rude, he'd cause a french waiter to blanche. There is a toll free number but it might or might not be answered, I guess depending on the mood of the operator.

The worst part of it was that I actually won about $300 playing the variety of games, which weren't bad. After cashing out, I waited a couple of days and called them. They claimed some sort of problem and that it would be resolved ASAP. I am not normally a patient man but I waited a whole week before I called them inquiring about where my cash out was. Again, I was told that there was a slight problem, and that it would be fixed asap. At this point, my faith in getting the actual $300 was dwindling rapidly.

After another two weeks, I called again and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. They were simply the customer service firm hired by Club Mardi Gras and that CMG wouldn't answer their emails. Just great. I wrote off my cash and called it a lesson learned.
